Mandate

The Division has a mandate to collect data for the design and construction of Thematic Maps that depict contemporary geographic knowledge on Ghana at the national, regional and district levels. The division is also responsible for providing public research and academic institutions as well as the industrial sector with resources and services designed to improve dissemination of, and access to indigenous and international Scientific & Technological Information
